Pastor Brad Speigel and
Wife Sallie Spiegel
After many years of serving in church leadership, Pastor Brad Spiegel took over the role of Lead Pastor at The River Church in 2017. Pastor Brad loves his wife, Sallie, as well as their three kids. Pastor Brad is an avid fan of basketball and the Kansas City Chiefs. Brad is passionate about Jesus and His Gospel. His desire is that The River Church be a place where people receive the love of Christ, encounter the glory of Christ and are transformed into the image of Christ to live out His Kingdom and declare His Gospel.
Associate Pastor
Walker McCallon
In 2018, Walker joined The River Church as Associate Pastor. Walker oversees our Facebook Livestream, Connect Groups, and young adult ministries. Walker enjoys lifting weights and reading books.
Worship Leader Jessie Coult
and Husband Matt Coult
Jessie Coult joined us as worship leader in 2018, alongside her husband Matt. Jessie has always had a passion for worship since her younger years of attending church and youth camps and feels so privileged that she gets to help lead others into the presence of Jesus each Sunday. Jessie and Matt currently live in Kansas City with their two children, Amelia and Brooks.
Pastor Emeritus Sharon Spiegel
and Husband Roger Spiegel
After faithfully serving The River Church (formerly South Park Assembly of God) for many years, Pastor Sharon Spiegel stepped down as Lead Pastor in 2018 to allow her son, Pastor Brad, to take over. Pastor Sharon and her husband, Roger, have been the epitome of what it means to be a "good and faithful servant." We owe them our gratitude.
